Service
DRACO E-BIKES and DRAGON E-BIKES can be serviced
at any DRAGON E-BIKES Authorized Service Centre. For service under
the DRACO E-BIKES and DRAGON E-BIKES Warranty Program please refer
to our Warranty Program.
Stuck on the road with a flat tire or dead battery? Call us at
905-512-4769 and we will do our best to get you home. We take care
of our customers. This service is for our customers in the Hamilton
service area only. A service charge may apply.
Shipping
Orders can be shipped directly from our warehouse in Delhi, Ontario.

Dragon E-Bikes offer free business-to-business shipping anywhere
in North America, however some exceptions or stipulations may apply.
Please read the following:
We ship to most major cities in the US and Canada for the shipping
cost shown when you check out on the Dragon
E-Bikes website. Free Shipping included in the price on check-out
is business-to-business only. Residential and/or tailgate delivery
service can be provided at an additional cost. We will choose the
best method of shipping to a business address in your nearest major
city. Please note that most cities are covered in our flat rate
shipping service. If your city is outside of our regular coverage
area, we will contact you and provide a shipping quote. Note that
residential delivery and/or tailgate service can be provided at
an additional cost if required. If you choose to accept the quote,
we will modify your order and ship your ebike. If you prefer not
to continue, we will give you a full credit.
2-Wheel E-Bikes
These units will be shipped in the manufacturer’s shipping
box unassembled. If desired, we can assemble your 2-Wheel E-Bike
for an additional 10% assembly fee. Assembled 2-Wheel E-Bikes have
to be picked up at our warehouse in Delhi, Ontario by appoinment
only. See warehouse contact information below.
2-Wheel E-Bikes shipped in a box will require assembly and are
eligible for our 30-day limited manufacturer’s warranty. (Please
read the "Warranty Program"
Section).
3-Wheel E-Bikes
The shipping cost for our 3-Wheel E-Bikes includes our 10% assembly
and packaging fees. All assembled 3-Wheel E-bikes are eligible for
our limited 1-Year Warranty Program.
If desired you can pick up assembled 3-Wheel E-Bikes at our warehouse
in Delhi, Ontario. Please contact us for special pricing and pickup
instructions (1-866-647-2595 X1).
Other Information
All orders are shipped within 3 working days. Orders are shipped
by our preferred shipping company. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays,
Sundays or Holidays. Please allow up to 10 days for shipping. Some
shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery
errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please re-check
your ‘ship to’ address and contact numbers. Packages shipped
with an incorrect address are subject to a $15.00 non-refundable
correction fee, which involves the cost of handling but not the
cost of re-shipping. The Customer is subsequently responsible for
shipping and handling charges in order to re-ship your package.
Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out-of-stock orders
will be held “open” until the item is restocked and will
be shipped immediately upon arrival. If you order an out-of-stock
item we will notify you immediately and refund your purchase if
you prefer not to wait until our next shipment arrives.
If the Customer refuses shipment of products initially purchased
by the Customer, the Customer will be charged the cost of shipping
both ways on their credit cards or other means of acceptable payment
. However, if there is apparent damage to the packaging and the
product as witnessed in writing on the weigh bill by the shipper,
the Customer may refuse to accept shipment and Dragon E-Bikes will
re-ship the product as soon as possible.
